I had done this photo wallet project for Mother's Day but recently someone requested to see one so I thought I'd share it with you all!
Supplies
Card Stock
- Very Vanilla
- Recollections Designer Series (retired)
Ink Pads
- Cranberry Crisp (retired)
- Sage Shadow or Mellow Moss
- Close to Cocoa
Stamp Sets
- Wild Rose
- All Year Cheer II (retired)
Tools
- Hole punch
- Brads or Ivory Organdy Ribbon
- Creative Memories Circle Cutter (with mat)
Technique/Instructions
- Cut 4 1/2x12 sage shadow or true thyme card stock. Score/fold it at 3 ¼, 6 ½, 9 ¾, 10 inch marks. The 10 inch mark is just to help fold over the top.
- The first photo mat you see when you unfold is chocolate chip, 4 ¼ x 3 inches. Recollections paper cut 4 x 2 ¾ adhered to the top (so it is double-matted).
- Inside pockets and inserts for photos or journaling:
- Each pocket is originally 4 ¾ x 4 inches. Lay it landscape. You will score it ½ inch on the top and bottom and ½ inch on the left. No scoring on the right for that is where the insert will be.
- Use circle punch on the right side of the pocket (in the center)
- Fold at all the scored marks.
- Adhere the right folded area to the top and bottom folds.
- Adhere the scored portions (top and bottom) to the back of the wallet. This creates the pocket. The resulting pocket size is really 4 ¼ x 3 inches.
4. Photo or Journal Insert is 4 ¼ x 3 inches (or a little less so it slides easily but firmly into the pocket.
5. Outside band is 2 ¼ x 8 inches in chocolate chip. Then 2 inch Recollections designer series papers. Stamp rose and leaves on vanilla cardstock and cut out. Adhere with dimensionals or adhesive tape.

2. Fold a 12x12 piece of Recollections Designer Series paper in half and adhere. The result is 6 x 12. Score it at 4 ¼ and 8 ½.
3. Use 2 pieces of 6x2 Recollections Designer Series paper and adhere to the bottom and at the 4 ¼ mark.
4. Create 4 unique, everyday cards (Thank You, Thinking of You, Best Wishes, Birthday Wishes).
- Each card is 7 x 4 ¾ and scored in half at 3 ½.
- Most are layered with cardstock 3 x 4 ½. If more layering is desired keep cutting smaller mats by ¼ of an inch. So the next mat would be 2 ¾ x 4 ¼.

- Use dimensionals as desired to add height/dimension to the cards.
