After the card front is stamped as you desired (I had used a "Masking" technique - see previous post), I then used the "Dry Embossing" technique using the Dots brass template and Daisy (retired) brass template. In the image above the Dots brass template is show.

Using the Daisy brass template I embossed a stem for the flower.

Using the Dots brass template, I embossed little circles around all the petals of the flower, and a larger circle in the center of the flower.

To Dry Emboss:

Purchase a light table.
Place the brass template on the light table.
Place cardstock over the brass template.
Use a stylus (pen) to then push on the template holes creating the embossed effect. See the next, future post to see a close up picture of the embossed pieces of the card.
